Peerless Cleaning & Restoration Services began their journey in 1945 as Peerless Curtain Cleaners with only four employees and two vehicles. Original owners, Harold and Jean Bird, provided household care, eventually adding dry cleaning services. In 1978, the Wike family purchased the company and continued a tradition of excellence. During the last 30 years, Peerless has added numerous services that make them a full service restoration company.
Today, under the second generation of Wike family leadership, we employ over forty professionals and have a large fleet of vehicles and equipment. Since the beginning, we’ve built a reputation for excellent service and professional quality. We strive to meet our customer’s needs by continually investing in new technology, training, and education. We are active in our community by participation and support of philanthropic and charitable events.
In 2003, Peerless Cleaning & Restoration Services was honored to be named the Outstanding Small Business for Decatur and Macon County by the Decatur Metro Chamber of Commerce.
